How do I add a new project?

To add or create a new project select the "Projects" drop down menu at the top of the page. Select "Add Project."

How do I invite people to a project?

To invite someone to a project, click "Edit Project" in the menu bar at the top of the page. Go to "Invite People to Your Project" in the bottom left corner and click "Add Invitation." Type first name, last name and email and then click "Send Invitation."  Bizzio will send an invitation from you to the project. Once they have accepted, you will see their name and email in the "Current Users" section directly above.

How do I edit the details fields of a project?

To edit the detail fields of a project, click "Edit Project" in the menu bar at the top of the page. Under "Project Fields" you can edit the field name, change the type of field, and set whether the field is required. To change the order of the fields, use the blue arrows and move the field up or down. To add additional fields, click "Add Field."  Click "Save Changes."

How do I edit the categories for a project?

To edit the categories for a project, click the "Edit Categories" link at the bottom of the categories bar on the left hand side of the page. Place your cursor in the field to rename an existing category or click "Add Category" to add a new one. Use the blue arrows to move a category up or down. Click "Save Changes."

How do I export my information to Excel to create reports?

Before you begin the export, check the "detail fields" for the projects or deals you want to export.  This is the information/fields that will be included in the report.  You can edit or add as many detail fields as your report requires.   You can export your entire project, just certain categories or only specific deals. 

To export your entire project:  1) Select the "All" category on top of the category bar on the left, 2) select "Check All" just to the right of the Search box, 3) in the "Select Action" drop down menu select "Export to Excel." An Excel file will appear in your browsers download folder.  To export just a particular category, select the category and then follow steps 2 & 3 above.  To export only specific deals, place a checkbox next to the specific deals and then choose "Export to Excel."

How do I add deals to a project?

Click on the "Add Deal" button on the right top.  The fields that you chose for the Project will be detail fields.  You can edit them from "Edit Project" if you need to customize them.  The fields will be the ones exported to excel if you choose to create a report.  Add a deal and save.

How do I rename files and organize them in folders?

Bizzio keeps your files organized by allowing you to rename them and place them in folders.  To rename a file, select the pencil icon to the right of the file's name, type the new file name, and then click the green check icon to update the file name.

To add a folder, click the "Add Folder" above your files, name the folder, and then click the green check icon to save the folder name.  Now choose additional files and add them one at a time into the folder.  Mac users can also drag files from one folder into another.

What is cloud computing?

Cloud computing is so named because the information being accessed is found in the "clouds", and does not require a user to be in a specific place to gain access to it. Resources are retrieved from the internet through web-based tools and applications, rather than a direct connection to a server.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on "forgot your user name or password" beneath the log in tabs.  A new screen will come up that allows you to enter either your user name or the email associated with your account.   You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.

Is my data safe and secure?

Bizzio uses industry best practices to ensure the security of sensitive data. Credit card information is encrypted with SSL (secure socket layers), is not stored on Bizzio servers and is only used to verify billing info. Further, your personal information is not shared with 3rd parties without consent. Review the Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I cancel my Bizzio subscription or free trial?

To cancel your account, go to "My Account" in the menu bar at the top of the page.  Select "Delete Account."  If you delete your account, all your projects, deals, and information will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.

How do I upgrade my Bizzio subscription?

If you invite more users than your current subsciption allows, you will see a pop up menu that gives you the option of upgrading your subscription or of removing users.

How do I update my credit card or payment method?

On your Dashboard, access "My Account" on the top menu bar.  Your billing information will appear.  Change the credit card currently in use to one you now prefer.  Click "Save Changes."

How do I access Bizzio from my mobile device?

 

We recently completed the mobile application for Bizzio and pushed it out to Google Play.  The application allows mobile users to see their projects, download files, update their account, create and update tasks, and add/review comments.

How can I remove people from my projects?

To remove a person from a project, click "Edit Project" in the menu bar at the top of the page.  Under "Current Users", click the "x" next to the person's name you want to remove from the project, then confirm by clicking "Remove User" in the pop-up window that will appear.   If a person is a member of multiple projects,  repeat the steps above for each project. 

Once a person is removed, they will no longer see the Project they were removed from in the Project dropdown.

Why are some numerals in the comment tab highlighted in red?

The highlighted numeral indicates there are new comments since you last logged into Bizzio.  You can easily see only new comments by clicking on "All" at the top of your categories, and all the deals with new comments will appear.

Where did my email go?

Once an email is sent, it is saved in the "Comments" section of the deal from which it was sent.

How do I use the search button?

The search function is designed to find deals by name.  To use, click on “All” at the top of the left dashboard bar.  Enter the name you would like to find (Example: Nordstrom) and click.  You may also use the search function to locate deals under specific categories.  (Example: Legal)  All the deals currently in the legal category would appear.

How does the sort function work?

To sort, click on the dropdown menu and highlight the type sort you want to perform.  IF the fields have been filled, that information will appear beside the sort name.  If no information has been filled, only the sort name will appear.

What browers are recommended for Bizzio?

Firefox, Chrome and Safari work well with Bizzio.  Internet Explorer also works but does not have the "drag and drop" function for files or changing the category of deals.  However, you may select "Choose file" and download the files just as easily or click "Edit" inside the "Details" tab of a deal to change the "Category"
